Friday 8:00 PM ET · Final 3-2
Game one of the World Series comes down to the mound, and Milwaukee has the best arm in it: Jacob Misiorowski went sixteen and five with a one point eight zero earned run average and thirteen strikeouts per nine innings, against Nick Martinez, a three point one zero contact pitcher who strikes out five and a half. The Brewers won a hundred and three games, swept the Dodgers four straight to get here and open at home. If Misiorowski is gone after four innings again and Tampa Bay gets into the bullpen early, it's a coin flip and we lose, but the Brewers moneyline at minus one ninety-six is the price on the better starter.
